Dynamism Return Policy?
Most merchandise can be returned for credit or refund within thirty days of item delivery. Products with special return terms are clearly noted in the product listing. Items cannot be returned after thirty days past their delivered date. All returns require a return authorization (RA) issued in advance by Dynamism. Non-defective items returned for refund are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee, and all shipping fees associated with the return of a non-defective item are the responsibility of the customer. Items demonstrating a defect within 30 days of delivery can be returned for full credit or refund of the purchase price, without any restocking fee. Returns must include all original equipment, accessories, manuals, cables, and documents. Opened consumables are not returnable.
